42-year-old economist Markus Peuler is to take charge of the Finance
Division in the capacity of CFO with effect from November 15. This was
resolved by the Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE (Prime Standard,
DE000A0JRU67) at its meeting today.

Mr Peuler will consequently be supporting CEO Sven Ivo Brinck, who has been
covering the position since January 1, 2014.
Markus Peuler has worked in the digital industry for over ten years. After
various posts with the auditing firm Deloitte, he moved to the ringtone
provider Jamba in 2004. He has been CFO and Managing Director of Jesta
Digital GmbH, which is now part of Freenet AG, since 2009.
