Stockholm, November 22, 2016 - Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in THQ Nordic AB's shares (short name: THQN B) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. THQ Nordic belongs to the Consumer Goods sector and is the 71 company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq's Nordic markets* in 2016.

THQ Nordic acquires, develops and publishes PC and console games for the global games market. The core business model consists of acquiring established but currently underperforming franchises and successively refining them. The Company has a global presence, with its Group headquarter in Karlstad, Sweden, its operational headquarter in Vienna, Austria, and 23 internal and external game studios around the world.
