RAPID CITY, SD--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2015) - National American University Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: NAUH), which through its wholly owned subsidiary operates National American University ("NAU" or the "University"), a regionally accredited, proprietary, multi-campus institution of higher learning, today announced the retirement of longtime senior executive Dr. Jerry L. Gallentine after over 20 years of leadership and service to NAU and the Company.

Effective July 1, 2015, Dr. Gallentine will retire from his position as president of NAU but will continue to serve as chairman of NAU's Board of Governors and as the vice chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.
