August 25, 2011 - Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) has signed an affiliation agreement with LIN Television Corporation (LIN Media), owner of WTHI/Channel 10, to launch a new FOX affiliate in the Terre Haute, Indiana DMA, it was announced today by Jon Hookstratten, Executive Vice President, Network Distribution for FOX.

The Terre Haute station, which is expected to air September 1, will be known as "MyFOX10." The station will operate out of WTHI's digital broadcasting studio, leveraging the station's sales, marketing, engineering and management team. WTHI-TV is the top-rated television station and www.wthitv.com is the number one local media site in Terre Haute, the 152nd-largest television market in the United States.

"LIN is one of FOX's strongest affiliate groups, and we are thrilled to expand our already successful partnership," said Mr. Hookstratten. "In an ever-changing television marketplace, it's key that FOX continues to grow our relationships with progressive media companies like LIN. With their track record, we are confident this partnership in Terre Haute will be a big success."
