Northern Minerals is progressing through the process of completing the recently announced $58m funding package, underpinned by the Australia Conglin International Investment Group, to advance our Browns Range Heavy Rare Earth (HRE) project. This funding package includes a share rights issue, which was launched to shareholders last week.
To ensure we maintain effective communication during this process, Northern Minerals is undertaking an additional investor road show to meet with shareholders, institutions and broking houses in mid March.
I am pleased to advise that Bin Cai, General Manager of Australia Conglin International Investment Group, will join me on the road show to provide a presentation on his company and its strategy, as well as an update on the funding package. This presents a unique opportunity to meet with a representative from the Conglin Group.
The road show will include shareholder presentations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and I invite all shareholders to attend a briefing at the times below:
