O2 IS ANALYSING OPTIONS FOR SEPARATION OF THE FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE 14 August 2014O2 Czech Republic is considering and analysing options for separation of the fixed telecommunication infrastructure into a separate entity that would be providing wholesale services for other telecommunication companies on the market. The Czech Telecommunications Office has been informed about the intention.
O2 Czech Republic will make the decision whether to continue pursuing the project only after the completion of the analysis.
