OJI HOLDINGS CORPORATION
Itochu Enex Co., Ltd., (CEO: Kenji Okada, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereafter Enex), a group company of Itochu Corporation (CEO: Masahiro Okafuji, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) and Oji Green Resources Co., Ltd. (CEO: Shoji Fujiwara, headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereafter Oji GR), a subsidiary of Oji Holdings Corporation (CEO: Susumu Yajima, headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announce that the companies have formed "Oji-Itochu Enex power retailing", which is starting its business on April 1, 2015.
The company will mainly retail power from Oji's renewable energy sources, leveraging Itochu-Enex's retail sales capabilities and network as an energy business trading house and eyeing full liberalization of power retailing in 2016. We are committed to contribute to domestic power supply as a new power supplier.

- "EX": "extra" showing steps which lead to the future
