'From Austria. For Austria'. This is the red-white-red flag flying over OMV's latest advertising campaign. And it is also a response to the latest public debates.

At the heart of the campaign is OMV's commitment to Austria. As a leading company, employer and contractor to the Austrian economy. Along with its dedication to society, sport and culture. Above all, the core responsibility of OMV is clearly defined: Guaranteeing the secure supply of energy.

The images in the 30-second TV commercial show OMV's achievements at home and abroad. The final image is a scene in Marchfeld - the birthplace of OMV. This motif also runs through the print and online advertising.

Johannes Vetter, OMV Senior Vice President Corporate Communications: 'With this we are showing our clear commitment to Austria. One thing that also makes me really proud: The campaign has been conceived internally by the OMV communications team and realized independently. This has enabled us to justify investment in advertising even in these economically challenging times.'

The campaign starts on TV and online on 14 March 2016, followed by an Austria-wide print campaign a week later. The campaign will run to the end of April 2016.
