In reference to the current report no. 48/2017 dated 24 November 2017 and the current report no. 12/2018 dated 23 March 2018, concerning the sale and management back transaction of the hotel "Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge" (the "Hotel"), The Management Board of "Orbis" Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on 31 May 2018, the parties of the transaction (the seller -Accor-Pannonia Hotels Zrt with its corporate seat in Budapest - the Issuer's subsidiary) and the purchasers - two controlled affiliates of Starwood Capital Group) finalized (closed) the transaction. The sale of the Hotel and its management back to Accor-Pannonia Hotels Zrt. was completed on the terms and conditions (including price conditions) described in the current report no. 48/2017 and within the date indicated in the current report no. 12/2018. The aim of the above sale and management back transaction is optimization of hotel business conducted by the Issuer's Group, including raising funds for further development investments and increasing the return on capital invested.
