Subject: Notification about exercise of buy-out option over a hotel "Century Old Town Prague MGallery By Sofitel" by Issuer's subsidiary

Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of MAR - inside information

"Orbis" Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer" or "Orbis") informs that on 13.02.2018 its 100% owned subsidiary - Kateřinská Hotel, s.r.o. with its corporate seat in Prague (the "Orbis Subsidiary") notified the owners of the "Century Old Town Prague MGallery By Sofitel" hotel located in Prague, Na Poříčí 7 street, Czech Republic (the "Hotel") about the exercise of buy - out option right over the Hotel (the "Option Right"). The Option Right is granted to the Orbis Subsidiary under the lease agreement on the basis of which Orbis Subsidiary currently operates the Hotel.

The Option Right shall be exercised on 30th of August 2018, for a purchase price of 15.5 million Euros.

The owners of the Hotel shall decide whether the Option Right will be exercised through the purchase of shares in a company which owns the Hotel or a direct purchase of real estate (Hotel).

The transaction is consistent with the Issuer's strategy concentrating on investments in key markets in the region, offering long-term value and attractive investment yield.
