These range from pies and terrines to fillet in dough, party breads to the finest ravioli with lobster or prosecco fillings.

The Christmas season is one of the culinary highlights of the year and is essential for Le Patron due to the high seasonal character of the pies and terrines. During this time, more than 100 employees also work in the pâté and terrine manufactory, ensuring that the wonderful products of the highest quality and with the utmost care are delivered daily to customers and consumers.
