The innovators from Graubünden have come up with yet another ingenious idea: the highly popular cured meat specialities are now arranged in the fresh trays by hand. As a result, these delicatessen products from the highest-lying meat drying facility in Europe are presented in a particularly light and appealing way.

The wafer-thin cured meat specialities - such as Bündnerfleisch, raw ham and farmer's bacon - are freshly sliced every day and carefully arranged in the fresh trays by hand. Presented in loose rolls and without sticking to each other, they are a tempting treat for the eye.

Thanks to the separate sections, it is also possible to place several different products in one tray: for example, a mouthwatering Alpine platter with top-quality Davos Hobelkäse - ultra-thinly sliced cheese made from raw milk on the Alp Sertig - or other local cheese specialities
