Each of the directors elected at the Meeting will hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation. Painted Pony is pleased to welcome the two new directors, David W. Cornhill and Lynn Kis. After eight years of dedicated service as a director, Mr. Allan Ashton has retired from Painted Pony's Board.
