of the 2013/2014 annual report

Paris Orléans announces that the annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 has been made available to the public and filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).

This report may be consulted on the Company's website, www.paris-orleans.com, in the section Investor relations > Regulated information, and may be obtained upon simple request within the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.

It is reminded that this report contains the report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the conditions of preparation and organisation of the Board's work and on the internal control procedures implemented by the Company (pages 71 onwards), as well as the information relating to the fees paid

to Statutory Auditors (page 177).
