PATRIZIA Immobilien AG is making great strides in the development of the Hofmann Höfe in the Munich district of Obersendling. The respective government authorities of the State Capital of Munich have initiated the urban development planning process and therefore the creation of the development plan for the trend-setting urban district with about 1,000 residences at the former Siemens facility. In order to inform the public about the current status of the master plan, as well as the next development steps, PATRIZIA, in close collaboration with the State Capital of Munich and the adjacent property owner Isaria Wohnungsbau AG, is inviting you to an informational event to involve the public as early as possible:

When: Monday, 6 June 2016, 7:00 PM - approx. 9:00 PM

Where: Siemens cafeteria, second floor, please enter through the main gate located at Hofmannstr. 61-63, 81379 Munich

With construction starting in 2018, the Hofmann Höfe, located on the former Siemens facility between Baierbrunner Strasse, Hofmannstrasse and Siemensallee, will be built on an area of around 9.3 hectares in four construction stages. The many different floor plans, design concepts, and sizes ranging from two to five rooms will meet all standards, living, and family situations. The balanced mix of condominiums, rental property, and subsidized housing, complemented by social infrastructures as well as public transportation facilities and restaurants ensure that the Hofmann Höfe will become a multi-faceted and lively district.
The Amsterdam architect's office Rapp+Rapp together with the firm Lützow7 Landschaftsarchitekten won the urban development competition in May 2015 relating to the redevelopment of this area. The basic idea of its design is a meandering structure that creates protected courtyards and that is accentuated at certain locations by a total of seven higher structures with up to 13 floors. The small, protected Siemens woods with its distinctive trees is a characteristic landscaping element, which will obviously be integrated in the new district and enhanced by newly created open, green spaces.
