Pendragon : Leadership Refresh at Vauxhall St Albans

We are pleased to welcome a new Dealer Principal to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall St Albans, who will spearhead the focus on the business' objectives going forward.

Ben has joined the team with 14 years' experience under his belt in the automotive industry, including roles as a Service Advisor, Sales Executive, Business Manager and most recently, General Manager. His wealth of experience, alongside a degree in Automotive Dealer Management from Loughborough University, sees Ben well-placed to lead the St Albans dealership to success.

Alongside Ben's appointment, the dealership's leadership team has been restructured and new appointments serve to make the business stronger with a focus on customer service.

Commenting on his appointment, Ben said:

'I was looking for a new challenge, and think the St Albans dealership has a lot of potential. Evans Halshaw's attitude and intelligence around used vehicles is inspiring and gives great insight into where the dealership is headed.

'Already, we're implementing change around the business environment and trying to enable customers to interact with us more easily and efficiently. Changes have been made to leadership and the new team couldn't be more focused on our objectives for 2018. This is a really exciting time to join.'

Looking ahead to 2018, Ben is focused on introducing a more customer centric culture and ensuring the whole customer journey is both enjoyable and efficient. Ben and his team will also be supported by our dedicated Learning and Development programmes, with progression encouraged and training delivered at our Pendragon Training Academy.
