Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG SA convened for November 25th 2015
Current Report No. 84/2015Further to Current Report No. 77/2015, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ('PGNiG', 'the Company') hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for November 25th 2015 has been cancelled.
The cancellation is due to technical and organisational reasons, pursuant to Art. 402.1.1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code.
