Suspension of Mr Andrzej Parafianowicz from his position as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Corporate Affairs

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", the "Company") announces that at a meeting held on June 18th 2014 the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA unanimously resolved to suspend Mr Andrzej Parafianowicz from his position as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board for Corporate Affairs pending an investigation into matters related to comments he made regarding the Company which have been released into the public domain.
