President of URE's decision on PGNIG's Tariff For The Largest Customers and on change in Retail Tariff of PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ('PGNiG') has been notified of the approval, by way of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office's ('President of URE') decision of March 17th 2017, of the new PGNiG Gas Fuel Supply Tariff No. 14/2017 - Tariff for the Largest Customers ('Tariff for the Largest Customers') and on change in the PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Gas Fuel Trading Tariff No. 5 ('change in Retail Tariff').
Tariff for the Largest Customers
Due to the higher prices of crude oil and natural gas across wholesale markets in north-western Europe PGNiG's total cost of gas grew beyond the cost assumed for the calculation of the existing Tariff for the Largest Customers.
Therefore, the average trading price of gas fuel increased by 8.0% for high-methane gas and by 7.9% for nitrogen-rich gas.
The Tariff for the Largest Customers will remain valid until June 30th 2017.
Retail Tariff
The average increase of gas fuel price in change in Retail Tariff relative to the applicable PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny gas fuel trading tariff for all tariff groups amount to 1.6%.
Subscription fees remain unchanged.
The Retail Tariff will remain valid until December 31st, 2017.
