The Management Board of PGNiG S.A. ('Company') announces that a shareholder has filed an application with the court for the cancellation of Resolution No. 7/VI/2016 of the Annual General Meeting of PGNiG S.A. dated June 28th 2016, whereby the General Meeting refused to grant discharge to Mr Jarosław Bauc, Member of the Management Board of PGNiG S.A., in respect of performance of his duties in the financial year 2015.
