AMENDED APPENDIX 3YWe refer to the ASX announcement dated 8 August 2017 enclosing an Appendix 3Y lodged on behalf of Mr Stephen John Scudamore ("Appendix 3Y").
Pilbara Minerals Limited (ASX:PLS) ("Company") wishes to advise that the Appendix 3Y incorrectly stated the consideration paid for the 142,850 ordinary shares acquired under the Company's placement. The consideration paid was $49,997.50, based on the issue price of $0.35 per ordinary share.
Appended to this announcement is the corrective Appendix 3Y.
