Announcement of participations according to Law 3864/2010

Piraeus Bank S.A., further to the received announcement dated 30th April, 2014, announces that the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) as of 30.04.2014 owns 4,106,340,039 registered voting shares, namely 67,30% of Piraeus Bank total share capital.

It is clarified that although no change has been made to the number of voting rights, according to article 7a, par. 6(a) of Law 3864/2010, the HFSF proceeds to this announcement in order to ensure the efficient implementation of the relevant legislation.
