The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank"), discharging its duties ensuing from § 19 Section 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, hereby presents in writing the position of the Management Board of the Bank regarding the contemplated merger of the Bank with Nordea Bank Polska SA, attached as an exhibit to this report.
