Cesena, January 26th, 2018-PLT energia S.p.A., an Italian industrial holding company operating in the field of renewable energies market, announces its financial calendar for 2018.

March 28th, 2018

Board of Directors:

- proposed statutory financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2017;

- consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2017.

April 27th, 2018

General Meeting of Shareholders:

- approval of the statutory financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2017.

- approval of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2017.

September 28th, 2018

Board of Directors:

- half-year financial report at June 30th, 2018.

The market will be notified in due time of any changes to the above arrangements.
