NEW YORK, Dec. 16, 2013 - PNC Bank announced it is adding a new branch location in Manhattan to serve customers working and travelling in New York.
Located in the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 625 8th Ave., between 8th Ave. and West 41st St., the branch supports a client base that includes New York and New Jersey commuters and business banking clients who operate offices in both states.
A Growing Commitment to the City
The Port Authority Bus Terminal branch further extends PNC's focus on serving New York area clients. The location complements branch locations at 11 Penn Plaza and 340 Madison Ave., where PNC's real estate finance, capital markets and business credit groups are headquartered. Across all three locations, PNC now occupies 50,000 square-feet of commercial real estate in Manhattan.

In keeping with PNC's evolving retail service model, and reflecting the wide range of support clients increasingly seek, the branch is staffed by a team of financial consultants trained to assist customers in understanding an array of financial services, from mortgage to investments and basic personal finance, among other specialty areas.
The team of banking professionals based at the Port Authority Bus Terminal location include Valentin Kovalyov, branch manager; and Eugene Paul MacDonald and Donatus Olumhense, assistant branch managers.
Combined, they bring nearly 30 years of retail banking experience to area clients and lead a branch team focused on providing an array of financial services, including a wide range of checking accounts; loans and mortgages; investment services; insurance; and small business banking solutions. Reflecting the diverse New York client base they support, the branch staff is fluent in several languages, including Spanish, Mandarin and Russian.

- Convenient Hours: Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10-2 p.m., in addition to 24-hour ATM service.
- Customer Service: As customers enter the branch, a PNC representative can expeditiously handle many needs or quickly direct the customer.

The new branch is built to U.S. Green Building Council LEED-Commercial Interior certification. In fact, PNC was the first major U.S. bank to apply green building standards to all newly constructed or renovated retail offices.
