Cuxhaven, 14 August 2015 - CEO Martin Billhardt consensually leaves the Board of Management of PNE Wind AG as of 30 September 2015. Correspondingly, it is intended to fully replace the Supervisory Board.

Following the failed Annual General Meeting in June 2015, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PNE Wind AG have been working intensively to find a solution to the current conflicts of interest between individual shareholder groups and to prepare the necessary further General Meeting. In this context, the CEO and the Supervisory Board have agreed that a fresh start at the Supervisory Board and the position of the CEO would be the best solution to resolve the current conflict. All members of the Supervisory Board have in the Supervisory Board meeting on 14 August 2015 declared their willingness to resign from the Supervisory Board as of the end of the next General Meeting. The CEO has agreed with the Supervisory Board on a consensual retirement as of 30 September 2015. The Supervisory Board express their gratitude to Martin Billhardt for his many years of successful service to the company.

All resolutions have been adopted unanimously.

The Annual General Meeting, in which the new Supervisory Board members are to be elected, is expected to take place on 23 October 2015.
