PNE Wind : The full breadth of wind farm project planning at the international leading trade fair “WindEnergy”

Cuxhaven, 21 September 2016 - The PNE WIND Group will present the entire breadth of project planning for national and international onshore and offshore wind farms with its brands PNE WIND AG and WKN AG during the international leading trade fair 'WindEnergy Hamburg' from 27 to 30 September 2016. PNE WIND Group as a well known partner for land owners, municipalities, public utility companies, wind farm operators and developers will continue also in the future. With the project planning of wind farms in 13 countries on three continents the Group is making an increasing contribution to the protection of energy resources, prevention of harmful emissions to the climate and decentralised power generation and regional value added.

'Project partner will benefit from our great experience: 212 completed wind farms with 1,387 wind turbines and a rated output of 2,385 MW stand for a high level of expertise and extensive experience on our list of onshore references. In addition, our international pipeline project with projects for another more than 4,700 MW is very well filled and shows the Group's prospects for onshore wind energy,' explains Markus Lesser, CEO of PNE WIND AG.

The PNE WIND Group's companies cover the entire breadth of wind energy services with project development, construction, operation, service and repowering. 'This only works in the long term with the close collaboration of all partners involved based on mutual trust,' emphasises Markus Lesser.

The Group's companies see themselves as being well positioned for the future. 'With the development of wind farms it's all about comprehensive infrastructure projects nowadays and international experience is increasingly required,' adds Markus Lesser. Other project developers and wind farm operators can also benefit from the wind specialists' expertise as part of a collaboration.

The PNE WIND Group also stands for offshore expertise. Projects are developed at sea through to the building phase and then sold to investors. Three of the six offshore projects in total successfully developed and sold by PNE WIND AG have already been built by investors and are in operation. The investment decision is about to be made soon for one more of these wind farms. PNE WIND AG is current developing six more offshore projects.
