PODRAVKA Inc. (hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby notifies that on 25 September 2017. ERSTE d.o.o. Mandatory and Voluntary Pension Funds management company informed the Issuer on dealings in the Company's shares. This notification is made because Mr. Petar Vlaić an insider on the Insider List of the issuer and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, holds the position of President of the Management Board of ERSTE d.o.o. Mandatory and Voluntary Pension Funds management company which is thereby considered a connected person, pursuant to Article 464, paragraph 2 of the Capital Market Act and to Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No.596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
ERSTE d.o.o. Mandatory and Voluntary Pension Funds management company made the following acquisitions at the Zagreb Stock Exchange regarding the Issuer 's shares:
on 21 September 2017 - 142 ordinary shares of the Issuer were acquired on behalf of Erste closed-end Voluntary Pension Fund at an average price of HRK 299.13 per share,
on 21 September 2017 - 20 ordinary shares of the Issuer were acquired on behalf of Nestlé closed-end Voluntary Pension Fund at an average price of HRK 299.13 per share,
on 22 September 2017 - 100 ordinary shares of the Issuer were acquired on behalf of Closed-end Voluntary Road Workers Pension Fund at an average price of HRK 297.18 per share and
on 22 September 2017 - 10 ordinary shares of the Issuer were acquired on behalf of Erste closed-end Voluntary Pension Fund at an average price of HRK 297.18 per share.
In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transactions were stated in the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions, and which Template is enclosed to this Notice.

Podravka d.d. is one of the Croatian largest food processing groups. The group also develops a pharmaceutical products manufacturing and marketing activity. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- culinary products (36.3%): seasonings, ready meals, soups, sauces, cereals, desserts, frozen products, etc.;
- food products (20.7%): condiments, tomatoes, sauces, fruits, vegetables, staple foods, bakery and milling products, teas, cereals, etc.;
- snacks, sweets and beverages (18.9%);
- butchery and fish products (18.3%);
- other (5.8%): primarily pharmaceutical products.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Croatia (75.2%), Central and Eastern Europe (11%) and other (13.8%).
