Granting a pre-emptive right to purchase the securities to the members (shareholders) of the issuer and/or other persons: in accordance with Articles 40 and 41 of Federal Law on Joint-Stock Companies No. 208- FZ dated December 26, 1995, the shareholders of PJSC Polyus shall have a pre-emptive right to purchase additional Shares placed by means of a public subscription in the quantity proportional to the quantity of the same category (class) Shares held by them. The preemptive right to purchase additional Shares shall be held by persons being shareholders owning ordinary shares in PJSC Polyus as of 26 December 2016 (the tenth day after adoption of a decision authorizing placement of the additional Shares by the Board of Directors of PJSC Polyus).
