Rome, December 21, 2017 - Poste Italiane S.p.A. ("Poste Italiane") advises that the information document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties concerning the strategic agreement between Poste Italiane S.p.A. and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., concerning the Postal Savings service, together with the favorable opinion of Related and Connected Parties Committee, are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "emarket Storage"(www.emarketstorage.com). The aforementioned document was prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the CONSOB Regulation no. 17221/2010 and in compliance with Annex 4 to such Regulation.
