STRONGSVILLE, Ohio, Feb. 2, 2016 - The PPG (NYSE: PPG) commercial coatings group will exhibit its line of advanced coatings products at the 28th annual National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) national convention and trade show. The show, regarded as this industry's premier 2016 event, is Feb. 10-12 in Las Vegas at the South Point Hotel. More than 800 attendees are expected. PPG will present its latest coating technologies in booth 813.

The convention supplies NATM members with educational, networking and communication opportunities as well as information about the latest industry products and services. PPG will display a trailer painted with various paint system technologies, resulting in real-life application scenarios. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions.

'We view this as one of PPG's most important industry events,' said Steve Podlas, PPG brand manager for commercial coatings. 'Because of our close relationship with the NATM, many of our products are developed specifically to address the requirements of the trailer industry. We'll be displaying many of our coating brands including the DELFLEET® Evolution and DELFLEET ESSENTIAL® paint systems. We invite attendees to visit our booth and learn how PPG coatings can protect their products.'

The NATM is the trade association for manufacturers of light- and medium-duty trailers as well as suppliers of products and services to those manufacturers. The organization was established to help improve trailer safety and performance and to serve as the representative for trailer manufacturers and their suppliers when issues of trailer safety and pertinent regulations arise.

PPG became an NATM member in 1999, and it has worked closely with the organization and its members to address evolving manufacturing requirements with a variety of PPG coatings products that provide superior durability, efficiency and versatility. PPG began its convention sponsorship in 2003 and has worked with NATM as co-sponsor of the annual Green Manufacturing Award, which honors the NATM member that has developed the best environmentally conscious manufacturing solution or innovation. The 2016 winner will be announced at the show.

PPG offers a full range of coating technologies for the commercial transportation and light industrial markets, including polyurethanes, alkyds, epoxies, polyurea, waterborne, pretreatment chemicals and powder coatings. PPG's commercial coatings products are marketed under names such as the Delfleet Evolution, Delfleet Essential, Commercial Performance Coatings and AMERCOAT® brands.
