Prima Industrie : CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF 19% STAKE IN CANGZHOU LEAD LASER

Collegno (TO), 17th July 2018 - Prima Industrie S.p.A. announces that on the date hereof Prima Power Suzhou Co. Ltd (of which Prima Industrie S.p.A. holds 70%) has completed the closing of the purchase of a 19% stake of the Chinese company Cangzhou Lead Laser Technology Co., Ltd.

The main terms and conditions of the transaction have been disclosed in the press releases dated June 4th, 2018, and June 18th, 2018, to which reference is made.
