The exhibition, one of the most important events in the security industry worldwide, brings together more than 600 professionals
Madrid, 27 March 2015. Prosegur participates in the fourteenth edition of ASIS Europe; which takes place this year in the city of Frankfurt, Germany. The event, which starts this Sunday, continues until next Tuesday 31 March. More than 600 security experts from all over the world, as well as the most relevant public and private international players in the sector, will come together with the aim of sharing the latest trends within the industry.
During the event, the Company, with a continuous focus on innovation; both in its processes and in its services, will present its three business lines; Integrated Security Solutions that combines guarding and technology services, Cash Management and Alarms.
The Integrated Security Solutions area of the Company, thanks to its expertise in the areas of risk management within different industries, develops specific services for each sector, from malls or airports to financial entities or critical infrastructures.
The Company has also started to operate in Cybersecurity services. Prosegur has launched a global operations centre which currently has 50 professional employees with technical expertise in the field of information security where it develops digital surveillance, cyber intelligence and logic security solutions.
With regard to the Cash Management business line, the Company takes care of the maintenance of more than 80,000 ATMs around the world. It also offers different solutions to externalize various cash related activities and business processes in the financial field. Prosegur has a fleet of more than 5,200 armoured vehicles and, in 2014, opened new operational sites in Brazil, Peru and Portugal.
The Company is strongly committed to its residential alarm business. Prosegur develops anti intrusion alarm systems, location of vehicles and people, and access control systems, to improve security of families and small businesses.
ASIS International is an organization which brings together security professionals; with more than 38,000 members worldwide, that aims to increase the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals through training and the development of programs relating to the sector. During the three-day exhibition, the Frankfurt Congress Centre will host the most relevant security service companies and will offer various seminars to analyse the different specializations of the sector.
