Prosegur Compania de Seguridad : Board of Directors Committees composition

NOTICE OF RELEVANT EVENT

Madrid, 29 May 2017.

Please be advised that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr Fernando D'Ornellas Silva as Chairman of the Audit Committee, who replaces Mr Eugenio Ruíz-Gálvez Priego. Furthermore, the appointment of Mr Ángel Durandez Adeva as Committee member has been approved, who replaces Mr Pedro Guerrero Guerrero.

As a result, the Audit Committee is now composed as follows: Chairman: Mr Fernando D'Ornellas Silva.

Members: Mr Ángel Durandez Adeva

Mr Isidro Fernández Barreiro.

The appointment of Fernando Vives Ruiz as Chairman of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee was also approved, who replaces Mr Pedro Guerrero Guerrero and the appointment of Mr Fernando D'Ornellas Silva and Mr Ángel Durandez Adeva as Committee members, who replace Mr Eugenio Ruiz-Gálvez Priego and Mr Pedro Guerrero Guerrero.

As a result, the Appointment and Remuneration Committee is now composed as follows: Chairman: Mr Fernando Vives Ruiz.
