Milan, 21 March 2017. As of today, are available to the public the following documents:

• Draft Statutory Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31st, 2016, as approved by the Board of Directors of Prysmian S.p.A. on March 1st, together with the reports of the Independent Auditor and of the Board of Statutory Auditors,

• the report of the Board of Directors along with the relevant proposal relating to item no. 4 of the agenda of the ordinary session of Shareholders' Meeting scheduled on 12 April 2017 (Remuneration Report),

• the report of the Board of Directors along with the relevant proposal relating to item no. 1 of the agenda of the extraordinary session of Shareholders' Meeting scheduled on 12 April 2017 (Bond conversion and relevant share capital increase), together with the fairness opinion of the Independent Auditor, under art. 158 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, relevant to the issue price of the shares serving the share capital increases excluding option rights,

• Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure.
