Purchase of Shares and PDMR notification
Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agency, has been notified that on 6 July 2018, Axel Springer SE, a person closely associated with Dr. Andreas Wiele, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of Purplebricks, purchased 3.0 million ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £3.07 per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Axel Springer is beneficially interested in 37,722,221 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
