Notice of suspension

Following the decision of Shareholders to approve the proposed merger with PXP Vietnam Emerging Equity Fund Limited (as described in the Shareholder Circular dated 26 November 2014) at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 17 December 2014, the Plan of Merger has now been approved by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies and the certificate to confirm the merger has been issued.  The effective date of the merger will be 2 February 2015 as planned.  Accordingly, the UK Listing Authority has suspended the listing of the Company's shares from 7.30 am today, with the listing expected to be cancelled on 3 February 2015.
