Acquisition of Van-System

RADIALL announces the acquisition of the Italian company VAN-SYSTEM and strengthens its presence in the Industrial Markets

VAN-SYSTEM, a company founded in 1977 and located at Baranzate (Italy) in the suburbs of Milan designs and manufactures circular electrical connectors for Industrial applications.

Its product range includes connectors compliant with the Mil-C-5015 standard as well as specific interconnection solutions for markets such as railway (rolling stock and communication infrastructure), machine tools, automation, power supply, mining, oil & gas and entertainment industries. The company generated sales of € 8 million in 2014.

By combining its expertise in electrical signal, radio frequency, optic fibre and high speed data transmission with VAN-SYSTEM's power connection expertise in harsh environments, RADIALL is strengthening its presence in industrial markets, in accordance with its multi-market strategy.
