ASX Release Agreement between Futuro Skills and UGL for Training and Competency Assessment Services

  • Initial requirement anticipated to exceed 2,000 competency assessments per annum to support UGL's West Australian-based projects;

RBR Group Limited (RBR) is pleased to announce that its skills training subsidiary Futuro Skills has been appointed by leading diversified services company UGL to provide training and competency assessment services to UGL's personnel mobilising for shutdown and maintenance activities for their major blue-chip clients.

UGL has, with the assistance of Futuro Skills, established a training and assessment facility at an existing site within the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Western Australia. At this facility, the initial requirement is anticipated to exceed 2,000 competency assessments per annum to support UGL's West Australian-based projects, with potential to expand the services.

This is a significant milestone for RBR and Futuro Skills. The scope of services under this partnership aligns well with RBR's operational plans for Mozambique, as this type of training and competency assessment will be integral to the recruitment and mobilisation of personnel for the development of the country's vast minerals and gas resources.
