Red Mountain Mining Limited is a mineral exploration and development company. It has a portfolio of critical minerals, including lithium, rare earth and gold projects, located in the United States and Australia. The Company’s other projects include the Monjebup Rare Earths Project and the Koonenberry Gold Project. Its Lithic Lithium Project is located 29 kilometers (km) north of Silver Peak, the only operational lithium producing mine in the United States. Its Mustang Lithium Project is located on the south-eastern flank of the hydrologically closed Monte Cristo Valley, nine km south of Belmont Resources Kibby Lake project and 40 km east of American Lithium’s TLC deposit. Its Koonenberry Gold Project covers over 657 square kilometers and is located in a geologic setting considered analogous to the prolific Victorian Goldfields located in south-eastern Australia.
