Renewable Energy Corporation ASA : REC Solar ASA listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange

The REC Solar ASA shares have been successfully listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and had its first day of trading today, October 25.

The listing completes a successful share offering of 40 million new shares in REC Solar ASA, collecting NOK 800,000,000 in proceeds. The shares are traded under the ticker: RECSOL.

REC Solar ASA is widely recognized in the solar industry for the high quality solar panels produced at the state-of-the-art integrated production plant in Singapore. With the company now listed as a separate entity, all headquarter functions have been moved from Norway to Singapore.REC Solar will be headed by CEO & President Øyvind Hasaas and his team from Singapore.
