Resource Real Estate, Inc. (“Resource Real Estate” or “RRE”), a global firm that specializes in direct investments, global real estate securities, and commercial real estate lending, announced that it has been named the 2015 top property/asset management workplace in Philadelphia, and number 22 overall for all midsized companies on Philly.com’s list of top workplaces in the Philadelphia region.

WorkplaceDynamics surveyed more than 35,000 employees from over 1,500 companies around the Philadelphia region to determine the best large, midsize and small companies. With 178 regional employees, RRE qualified as a midsize company and is the only property/asset management firm on this year’s list. RRE has been named to the list three times, in 2011, 2014 and 2015.

In the published survey, one RRE employee was quoted as saying, “I think they are a team of all-stars. Working here is like working on an elite football team.” Another employee shared, “I find it rewarding and challenging, and as I have grown as a person, my responsibilities have grown as well.”
