Resource Generation Ltd (Resgen) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Manish Dahiya as a non-executive director of the company.

Mr Dahiya is appointed to the board as a nominee of Noble Resources International Pte Ltd (Noble), in terms of a facility agreement with Noble, announced to shareholders on 14 March 2017. Noble is a substantial shareholder in the company.

In terms of the facility agreement, Noble has agreed to make available further funds of up to US$8.4M to the Company's subsidiary, Ledjadja Coal Pty Ltd to fund the operations and development of the Boikarabelo mine project being undertaken in the highly prospective South African Waterberg coalfields.

Mr Dahiya holds a B.A. Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from INSEAD in France

Mr Dahiya is the Global Head of Energy Coal & LNG at Noble. Prior to joining Noble in 2009, he worked with BHP Billiton for five years in commercial roles based in Singapore
