ROBYG S.A. - Registration of series L bonds with the National Depository for Securities
Legal basis:
Art. 56 Section 1 point 1 of the Act on public offerings and terms and conditions of introducing of financial instruments to the organised system of trading and on public companies.
Contents of the Current Report:
The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that the Management Board of the National Depository of Securities (the "NDS"), pursuant to the resolution No. 1086/14 dated 19 December 2014, resolved to accept as at 23 December 2014 in the deposit of securities operated by the NDS 600 series L bearer bonds of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 100.000.00 each and the buy-out period ending on 29 October 2018 issued on the basis of the resolution of the Management Board of the Company no. 1/2014 dated 27 October 2014 (the "Bonds") and to assign to the Bonds the ISIN code PLROBYG00172.
Information on the registration of the Bonds will be provided by an operational announcement of the NDS and the Company shall inform about such in the form of a current report.
