On behalf of Fosun and in accordance with subsection 633(1), item 8 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), we enclose a notice that Fosun's bidder's statement dated 11 September 2014 (which includes the Offers which are dated 15 September 2014) (Bidder's Statement) has been sent to ali holders of ordinary shares in ROC as set out in ROC's register as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 11 September 2014 (being the date set by Fosun under subsection 633(2) of the Corporations Act), as required by subsection 633(1), item 6 of the Corporations Act.
