The CEO of JSC Russian GridsOleg Budargin went on a working visit to JSC PermEnergo (a branch of JSC IDGC of the Urals) and held an operations meeting . The main topics discussed were the development of the power supply network of Perm Krai, the engagement of energy experts in the investment projects of the region, as well as other relevant issues, connected with increasing power supply reliability of Perm Krai and finding ways to enhance electrical power supply accessibility.

The Head of JSC Russian Grids, along the Acting CEO of JSC IDGC of the Urals Yuri Lebedev, examined the energy facilities put into operation by IDGC of the Urals in the Perm Krai territory starting from 2005 up to 2014.

The Russian Grids CEO also visited the Customer Service Centre in Perm, highly praising the level of service. He emphasized the need to continue to improve the work of the Customer Service Centre: to reduce the number of customer visits to conclude agreements, to enhance long-distance service performance.

He recalled that customer orientation is one of the key principles of the group of companies, which paves the way for constant improvement of the accessibility of the electric grid complex. JSC Russian Grids has consistently implemented measures aimed at "Increasing the Accessibility of the Energy Infrastructure." In 2013, the adopted company measures significantly improved the position of Russia in terms of connection convenience to the grid infrastructure in the rankings compiled by the World Bank Doing Business Report, Russia emerged 67th in terms of availability of electricity networks.
