Luxembourg, 21 August 2014 - As RTL Group, the leading European entertainment network, already announced today, the Group's Board of Directors decided at its meeting of 20 August 2014 to pay a gross extraordinary interim dividend of €2.00 per share.

The extraordinary interim dividend will be payable from 4 September 2014* on presentation of coupon n° 22 at the following banks:

  • In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: ING Luxembourg
    (as paying agent and for German holders of physical coupons)
  • In Belgium: ING S.A.
    (as local paying agent)
  • In Germany: Deutsche Bank AG
    (for book entry shares held by Clearstream Frankfurt)
