Among the different technical specialties offered by the company, SABCAdevelops, manufactures and overhauls complex hydraulic, electro-hydraulic and electromechanical servo-actuators for both aircraft and space launchers (Ariane and Vega).

The broad know-how acquired by SABCAin the complex techniques needed for these devices has led in early 2012 to the signature of a new contract between SABCAand DASSAULT Equipements, the division of the well-known aircraft manufacturer that is responsible for all servo-actuators of the DASSAULT aircraft. The 5-years contract is an extension the scope of existing contracts between the two companies. It covers the assembly, tuning and testing of several servo-actuators steering the rudders and elevators of the Falcons 900 and 2000, as well as several devices for the Falcon 7X.

Two new hydraulic benches will be installed at the SABCABrussels plant's Mechatronics Division. The investment will allow the first batches to be delivered under the new contract at the end of 2012.

The choice of SABCAfor these tasks is a confirmation of the outstanding work performed by the company in a field that requires a very high precision work and spotless quality levels.
