Sacyr : 95.86% of Sacyr's capital receives scrip dividend in shares

• The company issues 10,647,265 securities to pay the scrip dividend. After the expansion, Sacyr's capital totaled 543,757,983 shares.
95.86% of Sacyr's share capital has chosen to receive the scrip dividend of the company in shares. The shareholders will receive a new security for every 48 existing ones. The remaining 4.14% of the share capital will receive 0.052 euros in cash for each share.
After the end of the subscription period of the scrip dividend, the number of new shares to be issued is 10,647,265. After this increase, Sacyr's share capital will consist of a total of 543,757,983 shares with a face value of one euro each.
This is the first scrip dividend paid by Sacyr and represents a 2% return to shareholders. This consideration is in addition to the capital increase released of 15,679,727 shares that took place in July 2017, which offered a 3% return.

Sacyr, S.A. is a building and public works group. Net sales (including intragroup) break down by activity as follows:
- industrial site,s infrastructure and building construction (49.4%);
- management of infrastructure under concession (32.3%): airports, roads, hotels, offices, shopping malls, etc.;
- services (17.1%): maintenance and cleaning of buildings, construction and installation of water pipeline systems and gas emission reduction systems, waste and wastewater collection and treatment, etc.;
- other (1.2%).
66.1% of sales are abroad.
