SAP SE Supervisory Board elects new Deputy Chairman

Walldorf, Germany - The Supervisory Board of SAP SE has elected Margret Klein-Magar as new Deputy Chairman. Klein-Magar is a human resources Vice President at SAP SE and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since May 2012.

With the most recent election the employees' representatives of the Supervisory Board are now the following: Pangiotis Bissiritsas, Martin Duffek (Slovakia), Andreas Hahn, Margret Klein-Magar, Lars Lamadé, Christine Regitz, Robert Schuschnig-Fowler, Sebastian Sick and Pierre Thiollet (France).

As announced at the annual shareholder meeting on May 20, Hartmut Mehdorn has stepped down as member of the Supervisory Board of SAP. The remaining eight shareholder representatives remain the same: Prof. Dr. h.c. mult. Hasso Plattner (Chairman), Pekka Ala-Pietlä, Prof. Anja Feldmann, Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Haarmann, Bernard Liautaud, Jim Snabe, Dr. Eberhard Schipporeit, and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr. Ing.h.c. Klaus Wucherer.
